Meet Mr. Reynolds
Leslie R. Reynolds
Les Reynolds has practiced law for 28 years in Oklahoma. Les graduated from Adams State College in Colorado with a B.A. in Expanded Sociology – Anthropology degree in 1969. He continued his education at Adams State College and obtained a Masters of Arts Degree in 1973.
He worked on his Doctorate at the University of Nevada and also attended the University of New Mexico. In April 1979 Les received his Juris Doctorate Degree at J. Reuben Clark Law School. Prior to passing the Oklahoma bar exam Mr. Reynolds was employed as a Judge at Yakima Indian Nation Children’s Court.
He served as a Judge for the City of Dewey in Washington County for 9 years and has practiced as a private attorney in Washington County for 28 years. Les Reynolds is the husband of Monica Reynolds who works as a teacher for Bartlesville Public School and as an Interpreter at the Law Office.
Les and Monica live on their farm with their children in Dewey, Oklahoma where they raise Angus cattle and quarter horses. Mr. Reynolds taught law on the college level in Arizona and assisted in training the Navajo Police on the Navajo Indian Reservation.
Mr. Reynolds also worked for the Bureau of Indian Affairs as a Business Manager for the Hopi tribe in Keams Canyon, Arizona.
Les Reynolds is licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma, and as of November 14, 1984 he has been admitted to practice in the Federal 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and as of November 15, 1983 he has been admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Les Reynolds has served on the Board of Directors of the American Indian Bar Association, on the National Standard Coordinating Committee of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, member of Washington County Bar Association, past member of the Oklahoma Municipal Court Judges Association.
Les Reynolds served 6 years in the Army Reserve, Colorado Army National Guard, and Nevada Army National Guard and was commissioned an officer with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant.
Mr. Reynolds also received the following awards:

2001 – Received a President’s Award for Outstanding and Dedicated Service to Legal Services of Eastern Oklahoma Inc. For twelve years serving on the Board of Directors.

May 23, 1994 – Received an Award for Tri-County Area Vocational-Technical School for Recognition of the support given to the Paralegal Studies Internship Program at Tri County Tech.

1989-1990 – Received a President’s Award for Washington County Bar Association Indigent Defense.
